Below are the steps to approve your shipping groups. Until the shipping group is approved it will not be processed by the warehouse.
- Search for your order on the Client Portal via the "Fulfillment Requests" link
- Select the order you are wanting to view by clicking on the blue hyperlink for the order
- Under each shipment is a link to the shipment group page that shipment is associated with. (NOTE: There may be multiple shipment groups in each order depending on how the fulfillment requests were submitted. By default, a shipment group is made for each unique fulfillment request)
- Once on the shipment group page, you can click on the "Approve" button. If one does not appear, reference the unchecked boxes to see what needs to be addressed before the shipment group can be approved.
Please allow up to 15 minutes for the approved shipping group to change to the "Ready to Process" status. Reach out to help@mochilafulfillment.com if you have any questions or concerns.
