Below is how to create a return label for a customer:
- Click on “Fulfillment Requests” on the left hand side of the Client Portal.
- Search for and select the order you want to create the return label for
- Under the “Fulfillment Request” Header on the left hand side, you will see the blue hyperlink “Create Return”. Click on this link, and fill in the information on the shipment
- A PDF will download with the return label as well as the RMA.
The RMA needs to be included in the return package so that the returned items can be connected back to the original order.
