In order to determine which items are causing an order to be in Waiting for Inventory status:
- On the portal navigate to ACCOUNT --> DATAVIEW --> WAITING FOR INVENTORY: Details by Shipment.
- Next, find the fulfillment request (order) you are interested in.
- For each fulfillment request (order), you will see a list of all the items requested "QtyRequested" as well as the quantity available "QtyAvailable."
- Wherever the QtyRequested is greater than the QtyAvailable, that item is causing the fulfillment request to be placed into Waiting for Inventory status.
An illustrative example follows:
| RequestDate | FR_ID | OrderID | ShipID | Name | UPC | ItemName | QtyRequested | QtyAvailable |
| 04/05/2017 | 123 | A014 | G27DT7GF55A3DD | Tom Waits | A | Baseball | 4 | 4 |
| 04/05/2017 | 123 | A014 | G27DT7GF55A3DD | Tom Waits | B | Bat | 2 | 2 |
| 04/05/2017 | 123 | A014 | G27DT7GF55A3DD | Tom Waits | C | Mitt | 1 | 0 |
| 04/05/2017 | 123 | A014 | G27DT7GF55A3DD | Tom Waits | D | Cap | 2 | 2 |
In this case, for fulfillment request 123 (order A014), you can see that quantity available is equal to the quantity requested for every item except for UPC C - Mitt where the quantity requested was 1 but quantity available is 0.
