If an item shows no inventory in Mochila's system, then that item is truly out of stock.
Sometimes, other inventory tracking system you might be using (e.g. Shopify, Magento, NetSuite, TradeGecko, etc.) may show positive inventory for an item even though Mochila's system shows no inventory. This may happen when there are inventory adjustments to an item that take place within Mochila's system but not in the other inventory systems you may be using. In these cases, it is often best to synch your other systems inventory records with Mochila's.
