Yes, you may change or modify a shipping address after the order has been placed - the address can be changed up until the shipment as shipped.
Sign into the Client Portal and follow the steps below:
- Select Fulfillment Requests under the "Orders" header on the left hand side of the screen
- Search for the order you would like to change and click on the blue fulfillment request hyper link
- Click on the blue order ID hyper link to navigate to the Order View page
- FOR EACH SHIPMENT click on the blue "edit" hyperlink above the address and change the desired information then click "Update"
It is very important that you update each shipment. Any shipments not updated will go to the original address.
NOTE: If you are unable to change the address due to where the shipment is in the process, the blue "edit" link will not be present above the address.
