How can I check on the status of an order or fulfillment request?

You can find all information for a fulfillment request in the Fulfillment request page under “Orders” on the left hand side of the Client Portal.  This page will allow you to search by a variety of filters including the Order and Fulfillment IDs.  Here are the steps to getting to that information:

  1. Fulfillment Request information
    1. Enter in the parameters of your search (i.e. order ID, fulfillment request ID, customer name, etc)
    2. Click on the desired fulfillment request hyperlink
    3. You land on the page that provide basic information about the fulfillment request including the date entered, the customer information, shipping information, what was order, and the quantity ordered
  2. Shipping Information
    1. To view the information by shipment, you must click on the Order ID hyperlink located under the “Fulfillment Request” header
    2. You will land on the page outlining every shipment for that given order (Note: an order may contain multiple fulfillment requests, this page shows all shipments for an order, and there for may show more shipments than were associated to the fulfillment request you originally selected.)
