Given how quickly we process orders, we unfortunately are unable to accept changes after the orders are placed in Shopify. If you do need to request a change to an order, you'll need to login to the Mochila client portal to determine if there is still time to edit an order.
You can reduce the quantity of an item in a shipment until that shipment enters the "Processing" status. If you would like to increase the quantity of an item or add an item to a shipment, you'll need to cancel the fulfillment request and submit a new fulfillment request.
You can modify the shipping method and the address while the shipment is being processed, up until the shipment enters the "Pending Ship Label" status.
