Below are Mochila's receiving requirements. Failure to meet these requirements will result in additional receipt fees and may cause delays in the receipt of your items:
- All incoming product that is floor-loaded or is more than 6 pallets of product requires a delivery appointment.
- Delivery appointments should be made by emailing inbound@mochilafulfillment.com
- For product that arrives on pallets, if there are 6 or fewer pallets in the delivery then a delivery appointment is not required.
- All incoming product arriving via a small parcel carrier like UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc does not require a delivery appointment.
- Receiving hours vary by warehouse. Email inbound@mochilafulfillment.com to find out your warehouse's dock hours.
- Please note that any live load delivery completed by Mochila employees will require drivers to disconnect from their trailers until all pallets have been offloaded.
- ALL incoming product should clearly indicate the Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN) ID. Please place a sticker or placard listing the ASN ID on each pallet and/or carton.
- PLEASE NOTE: If the ASN is not clearly identified, product may not be received to the correct ASN. For example, if multiple ASNs are contained on a single trailer or shipping container, and the product is not clearly marked with the ASN ID, then product may be received against the wrong ASN.
- All product that is shipped on pallets should be securely shrink wrapped and less than 72" tall.
- Product MUST be stacked in a secure manner and the load should not be leaning or unstable.
- Delivery trucks should be the standard dock height so that product may be off-loaded using a forklift or hand pallet truck.
