You can register for a stamps account at Stamps.com. One you register:
- Please send your stamps.com login and password to help@mochilafulfillment.com
- You'll need to purchase an initial postage amount. Click on the arrow in the upper right hand corner next to "Balance," then click "Buy More."
- You'll see a box pop up where you can purchase postage.
- At the bottom of the box is a link called "Auto-buy postage."
- If you click on that, you can set stamps to auto buy postage as you go. This will prevent shipments from delay due to an insufficient postage balance. We recommend purchasing postage in $100 increments with a min balance of $50 to always ensure there is enough postage on hand to purchase shipments.
- Remember to check your balance and ensure there is a positive balance on hand so we can process shipments.
